JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrator with a managerial support assignment, you will work closely with unit managers on personnel administrative tasks such as recruitment, staffing in the short and long term, scheduling, as well as reporting and monitoring absences. Other tasks include administration of residence, publishing in the document portal, working in our various digital scheduling systems, and participating in the planning of our training days.
Together with the unit manager, you will have the opportunity to further develop the role. You are expected to actively participate in the manager support network meetings that occur within the administration.

We would like you to have previous experience working with administrative tasks within healthcare. Knowledge of how to work with staffing in the HR-window personnel system is also desirable. Good communication and planning skills, high integrity, security, and independent decision-making ability are a must in your role as managerial support.
